At Mystery Shirt in a Box, we want you to love your surprise kit, but we understand that sizing issues or rare defects can occur. If your mystery item isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided the tags remain attached.

Return Process

  Repack Your Mystery Shirt

  Place the unworn jersey back into its original packaging, ensuring that all original brand tags and authenticity certificates are included in the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Processing

  Once our team inspects the shirt for original condition, we will ship out your new mystery replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
